How it works

Booking mobile DPF cleaning should be as straightforward as the service itself.

  1. Step 1: Contact OnTec

    Tell us about your truck and the issue you're experiencing — symptoms, warning lights and any fault codes.

  2. Step 2: Schedule mobile service

    Choose a convenient location and service time that works around your loads and your drivers.

  3. Step 3: We come to you

    Our mobile service arrives at your truck, yard or approved service location.

  4. Step 4: Get back to work

    We complete the service and walk you through any applicable service information and results.

The more we know up front, the better we can prepare. Don't have everything? Send what you have — we'll sort out the rest.

  • Year, make and model (and engine, if you know it)
  • Where the truck is — road, yard or address
  • Symptoms: warning lights, regens, power loss
  • Fault codes, if you have them
  • Recent repairs or regen history
